We were very pleased with the service we received from Aspen Services from initial concept of the layout and works, right through to the completed project. Gary from Aspen’s was professional and courteous throughout. Whilst Aspen’s acknowledged that this was a big project and timelines were tight, they would do everything they could to complete on time – in fact, they were finished nearly a day early.
As the kitchen works were combined with an interior refurbishment there were a number of other contractors on site, this required levels of communication and cooperation throughout the job as services were disconnected and reconnected. All the contractors that we worked with were impressed with the professionalism and level of work from Aspen Services.
The completed job exceeded our expectations and has enabled us to create a professional working environment for our staff and one that they can be proud to work in.
I would have no hesitation in working with Aspen Services again or recommending them to any other company. In fact, we were so impressed with their overall level of service we have taken on a maintenance contract with them.
