Catering Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services
All equipment will, at some point, need servicing and repair. The HSE recommend that you service your catering equipment and refrigeration at least once a year to ensure it is safe and working efficiently to the manufacturer’s specification. If your equipment has a 1 year plus warranty, this may be a requirement under the warranty terms. Insurance companies also require certain items to be serviced in order for that cover can continue.
Aspen’s fully qualified engineers can service all types of catering and refrigeration equipment. During our service visit, we ensure all of the equipment covered has an ID sticker, which will make placing any future service calls easier. On every service, an individual servicing sheet is issued for each appliance along with the relevant Gas Safety certification where required. We recommend that all equipment is serviced at least once a year and it is a legal requirement that you have an annual Gas Safety Certificate for your equipment.
The Maintainance Contract
Equipment breakdowns happen, and usually at the most inconvenient time. For peace of mind, why not consider a labour inclusive maintenance contract. We offer a range of contracts to suit all budgets, tailor-made to suit your requirements, including weekend cover if required. Payment can be by monthly instalments to help your budget. Our engineers are travelling in your area every day completing callouts to all types of catering and refrigeration equipment. They carry a large range of universal spare parts in their vehicles, so the majority of repairs are completed immediately. If a spare part needs to be ordered, we will send you a quotation for the labour and parts, so there are no hidden costs.
